Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect
items.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery that has been
used, customized, or purchased on sale.
• To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of
receiving the product and provide photos as proof of damage or incorrect items.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?

2. Provide your order number and clear images of the damaged or incorrect
product.
3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide return shipping
instructions.
4. Once we receive the returned product in its original packaging and condition, we
will process a replacement And deliver within 7 working days
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Once approved, refunds will be initiated and credited within 5-7 business days and credited
to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized jewellery and personalized pieces.
• Used or worn jewellery.
• Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions.
